Same trouble as the previous two customers... beautiful looking from the outside; plastic on inside stained, so it mars any information on a card underneath, the clarity of which is the purpose of a luggage tag. Customer service was lovely in sending out new ones, saying that it may have been a bad batch, but same problem with the new ones. I ended up cutting out the plastic. Generally, the quality of Pottery Barn products I've ordered in the past has been high, and I don't understand why, repeatedly, the tags got past Quality Control before being shipped.

I thought this monogrammed luggage tag turned out beautifully and its a unique piece that looks both professional and rustic on ones luggage.

I purchased this luggage tag as a Christmas gift for my father-in-law. When it arrived the leather looked great but the plastic window inside was very dingy. There was some sort of green discoloration to the plastic, and I was unable to clean it. Pottery Barn immediately sent me a replacement. However, the replacement tag had the same problem of a defective window. It was too close to Christmas to try replacing again, and I had no reason to believe a third tag would be different than the first two. So, rather disappointed with the purchase.

The clear plastic of the tags is stained. I sent the tags back and the on the plastic was stained on the new ones also.
