Antique-Silver Serve Bowl
We worked hard to re-create the timeworn patina of vintage hotel silver that's received years of polish and care. Designed to convey the warmth and character of an heirloom, our serving bowl features the phrase "Together with friends and family is always the happiest place to be." inscribed across its rim. 15" diameter, 8.5" high Made of brass with an antique silver-plated finish.

This is a beautiful, impressive bowl with a lovely sentiment engraved on it. I love the look of antique silver without the upkeep!

I was very disappointed with this bowl. It looks very pretty online but when I opened the box I was quite sorry I had bought it. The bowl does not look like antique silver but cheap silver plate. I didn't feel it was worth the price and I had gotten it when it was on sale.
I returned it and would like to say the customer service at Pottery Barn in the absolute best anywhere. The person I spoke with was very nice and polite and it was returned with no problems.

I purchased this bowl as a wedding gift and boy was I disappointed when I opened the box!! The picture in the catalog makes this look lovely but in person it looks cheap and nothing like "antique silver" and more like cheap "silver plating". Even the box it was shipped in was cheap and falling apart!! I do not recommend spending the money on this. I will be sending it and the other items I purchased from Antique Silver line back

I purchased this item as a shower gift off my cousin's wedding registry. We are long distance, so I had the bowl shipped directly to her. She seemed to be pleased with it.

Actually, I returned this b/c I felt, for the price, the quality just wasn't there. Looked pretty in the catalog....
