Each of these one-of-a-kind gift mugs features a different letter design, handle style and cup shape. 5-6.5" long x 3-3.5" wide x 4-6.5" high; 10-16 fluid-ounce capacity Hand-formed molds made of glazed stoneware. Microwave- and dishwasher-safe.

Love the cups. Handles are bigger than I expected and use extra storage space. Also may break off easily in dishwasher. I haven't had them long enough to know if this will be a problem or not.

the handle of the A cup has already lost part of the decorative parts, the cup is still useable but it was disappointing on a new mug. Also, the mugs have dents on the inside where the handle joins the mug and you have to be careful to clean them.

I ordered these beautiful mugs (letter T) for a friend. The letter B was sent. I was very disappointed that they received the wrong letter and now they have to deal with returning/exchanging them.

Every time I drink from this mug I feel as if I am sitting on the veranda of a southern plantation with a great cup of tea or coffee -- which is a very nice thought during a Midwest winter!

Need a complete set of the Alphabet mugs

Your online website shows only 2 letters available; the rest are no longer available. What does that mean? no longer available? Does it mean that they are completely discontinued, or just not in stock? I need 1 or maybe 2 complete sets of the 24 alphabet mugs. Can you have they all in stock?

When I ordered the mugs I thought they were nice looking, however when they arrived they exceeded my expectations and the picture on the internet did not do the product justice. My only complaint is that Pottery Barn was sold out of some of the other letters that I wanted when I placed my order. Please consider making these mugs part of your permanent dish collection.

I was really disappointed when I received these cups. Didn't like that the cups were different sizes depending on the letter. Some letters were simple, others were too fancy, therefore the letters were not easily identifiable. I thought the quality was not that good, and was not worth the $10. Glad I bought them as stocking stuffers for my family, and not as actual gifts for friends and relatives.

My New Favorite Mug

I bought two of these mugs for myself and several for Christmas gifts. They are nicely sized. I like a large mug and they hold a good amount. I was concerned that the handles would be too delicate, but they are sturdy and have enough space for men to get their fingers around. I think it is so nice that each letter is different and has a different shaped mug and handle. They made great couples gifts because they coordinate, but they are distinctly different. Everyone I have given them to so far has been impressed. Great price for a chic, unique gift.

I bought the "K" mug for myself - nothing against the design, I think they are visually beautiful - however, during the first use, as soon as I poured hot water in to the mug to make hot tea, the handle snapped off and the mug fell to the floor and shattered. I'm not sure if it was just a bad casting or what, but now my mug is useless. The handle may be too delicate for the mug. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I think these are absolutely gorgeous. I was thrilled until I got home and realized the B was much bigger then the A, C, and L. I purchased one for every member in my family and the B is just gorgeous leaving the other one's looking a little plain. Should have noticed on thePB website that there were different sized but since I didn't, it was a little dissapointing.
