Coffee shop sign
February 20, 2013
I purchased this on final-sale and I am very pleased with the purchase, it was definitely worth the price. Mine came well packaged and ready to hang with no damaged screws or metal. It looks great in my dining room since my decor is rustic/vintage. No surprises and happy with my purchase.

Very Poor Quality
August 31, 2012
All of the screws attaching the metal frame to the wood were stripped and had to be replaced. The metal ball at the bottom was broken off and would need to be reattached by soldering it, which I don't have a way to do. There was a chip in the green paint that I fixed with a permanent marking pen. I'm so glad that I did not pay full price for this piece. It was a total disappointment!

Great design
August 8, 2012
I have this hanging in my library, which has a rustic coffeehouse feel. Its true, the paint is a little strange coming from pottery barn... it seems a little cheaply made. But it looks fantastic on the wall. I have a soft sage green wall and this just pops perfectly. Cant imagine another piece in its place.

disappointing.

Just received this. As in previous review, bottom metal piece needed careful repositioning. The bigger problem is that it is cracked edge to edge right across the middle. This might have been okay, (authenticity) but there is a glaringly white, thick, basecoat under the thin paint. It just screams "new thing with crack". Also had several dings in surface that show same whiteness. Attempting to return.

Terrible!
July 8, 2012
My sign arrived extremely damaged. Two of the wrought iron pieces were broken off and the center wood panel was cracked in half. The wrought iron is light gray, I prefer a dark bronze iron color. The sign just looks washed out and lifeless. Not the quality I am used to from pottery barn.

Unique piece of art
February 14, 2012
This is such a great addition to our kitchen! My only concern was when we removed this from the shipping box the longest metal piece on the bottom was completely bent to one side! I wanted to return it but my husband gently straightened it to the proper position. Fortunately, it worked out and looks even better than in the picture. It is very substantial and worth the price.
